In 2010, World Vision’s human resources team embarked on an agenda for change to take the organization on a journey leading to best practices, improved management and care of their global talent, through implementing a single global HRIS system with Meta4’s cloud solution. As World Vision operates in some of the world’s most difficult and dangerous contexts around the globe, this agenda for change has posed many challenges for this HR-driven initiative.
